Managing a painful condition can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. We running a FREE, five-week online self-management course designed to help you understand your pain and discover practical tools to cope.

Are you pregnant and looking to learn more about feeding your baby? Sign up for our free, online antenatal infant feeding class to learn more!

Email [email protected] with your name, due date and which session you would like to attend. We recommend attending at least a month before your due date in case baby decides to make an early appearance 🙂 These classes will run on the second Wednesday of every month, so please get in touch about future sessions not listed on the advert. Partners/other support people welcome to attend as well.
