It's getting warmer out there folks and the Sun is lovely but always be careful.

Make sure to apply Sun cream to all areas of exposed skin.

Drink plenty water, (not tea, not coffee, not cola) Water.

If you find yourself becoming unwell, get out of the sun and try to sip some water. A cold cloth to the back of the neck may also help.

If symptoms persist or get worse seek urgent medical help.

Good Evening One and All
We hope you have all had an amazing Christmas and are having an even better New Year's Eve.

We would like to take this time to remind you all to take care, the temperature is dropping so wrap up warm and it might get a bit slippy outside so mind how you go.

Make sure to keep an eye on your drinks. If in doubt, get a new one.

Make sure your friends get home safely and always when possible use a licensed taxi.

Remember there are lots of different organisations out there to look after you too, including the likes of Glasgow Street Aid, Safer Dundee and Street Assist Edinburgh hopefully you'll not need them.

Other than that, we wish you all a very Happy New Year.
