🏉 A very special opportunity for Struan!

A huge congratulations to Struan White, who has been named in the Scotland 7s squad who have travelled to Kenya for the Safari 7s at Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi this weekend!

Struan has been part of the Strathmore Community Rugby Trust journey for many years, first as a participant, then as a volunteer and most recently as one of our Community Project Assistants.

It is fantastic to see where his rugby journey is taking him, and we know he will gain an incredible amount from being part of the Scotland 7s squad and experiencing rugby at this level.

We couldn't be prouder, Struan. Enjoy every minute and make the most of this fantastic opportunity! 👏💙🏉

A huge thank you to Paula Jarvie, Performance Lifestyle Practitioner at the Scottish Institute of Sport, for delivering two fantastic sessions with our Rugby Academy participants! 👏

We explored balancing school, work and sport, understanding our priorities, self-reflection and the importance of setting goals to get the most out of sport.

Thank you, Paula, for your time, knowledge and valuable advice! 🙌
