☀️⚽️ What a day at our In-Service Camp today! ⚽️☀️

The weather was absolutely perfect — warm sunshine and blue skies all day long 🌤️

The kids had a fantastic time taking part in loads of fun activities including:

⛳ Football Golf

…and plenty more football fun throughout the day!

It was brilliant to see so much energy, smiles and teamwork from everyone involved 👏

Thanks to all the players for making it such a great day — we hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did! ⚽

Thanks to ANGUSalive Sport & Leisure, Strathmore Community Rugby Trust Strathmore Cricket Club, as well as our own staff, for facilitating today’s walking sports event. It was great to be part of such a well attended day 🌟

Well done to everyone who took part. As part of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme of Action, today was a great reminder that taking action can simply mean getting involved, showing up, having a conversation, trying something new, or supporting someone else 💙🫂

Let’s not forget how important community activities are for our own mental wellbeing.

We have a schedule of events as part of our weekly programme, so come along and give it a try — all welcome.

Thanks to Strathmore Water for the much needed supply of water, keeping everyone hydrated throughout the event 💧

NHS Health Promotion Team are delighted to be offering an unforgettable adventure for parents and their little one's (under 5's) in Forfar and Kirriemuir.

Working in partnership with Shaper/Caper and Planet Youth Angus there will be the opportunity for parents to come along and join in this free, fun, interactive adventure of bringing the story to life with their pre-schoolers.

It's one story being repeated over 10 sessions in Forfar and Kirriemuir, to allow as many parents as possible and children the opportunity to attend. Spaces are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment. Each session last approximately 1 hour and this includes a 15-minute cafe at the end of the workshop where parents and can catch a cuppa and have a chat.
