Thank you to An Ròn a Chaill a Shròn author (and one of our Gaelic New Writers Awardees) Sarah NicRath, and Calum's Seal Trips in Plockton, who teamed up to raise money for Scottish Book Trust.

Sarah celebrated her new book, about a seal who lost his nose, with a reading aboard one of the tour company’s boats. Calum's Seal Trips suggested turning it into a fundraiser to help change lives with reading and writing. Not such a seal-y idea, in our book!🦭📚

Would you like to support emerging authors or help us to share the magic of books with communities (and seals) across Scotland? Visit our website for fundraising ideas or get in touch to discuss your own.
