Showcase Edinburgh Showcase is an Edinburgh based musical theatre company that raises money for Macmillan Cancer Support

Showcase is a registered Scottish Charity, with one aim:

To raise funds for charity by profitably staging an annual show offering the highest standard of entertainment and professionalism, comprising a wide variety of musical styles and sources, drawing on the rich vein of amateur musical talent in the Edinburgh area. Since our inception in 1991, our chosen charity has been, and remains, Macmillan Cancer Support. To date we have raised over £200,000 for this extremely worthwhile cause.

🎄✨ COMING UP NEXT… It's Christmas!! ✨🎄

The main show might be over for another year, but Showcase isn’t finished yet! 🎶

Join us for Merry & Bright, our Christmas Concert packed with your favourite festive songs, Christmas cheer and plenty of Showcase spirit! 🎅🎵

💚 And, as always, it’s all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, helping us continue to raise vital funds to support people living with cancer.

And just like that… ‘Dream As One’ is over. 💜

After months of rehearsals, planning, laughter, hard work and probably a few tears along the way, the curtain has come down on another incredible year of Showcase.

It’s difficult to put into words just how grateful we are.

To every single person who bought a ticket and sat in the audience this week — thank you. You didn’t just come to see a show. You supported something much bigger.

To our cast, production team, front of house volunteers, backstage crew, orchestra, wardrobe, marketing, friends and families — thank you for giving your time, energy and talent so generously. Showcase simply could not exist without people willing to give so much of themselves.

And ultimately, everything we do comes back to one reason: Macmillan Cancer Support.

Cancer touches so many lives. Behind every penny we raise is a person or family who may need Macmillan to be there on one of the hardest days of their lives. Knowing that something we love doing can help make that possible is what keeps us coming back year after year.

For one week, the Church Hill Theatre was filled with music, dancing, friendship and an enormous amount of love.

We dreamed as one.
We performed as one.
And together, we made a difference. 💚

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting Showcase and Macmillan Cancer Support.
