Marcela's classes and workshops include yoga for all levels Vinyasa Flow, YogaBirth pregnancy yoga and birth preparation and Active Birth workshops for mums- and dads-to-be - plus there's Mum & Baby Yoga once the wee one arrives!

Fancy a golfing afternoon with friends or colleagues, where 100% of the funds go straight to charity?

It's time to sign up for a fun short hole golfing event on 4 September, right here in the neighbourhood at Bruntsfield Links. All you need is a pal, two or three clubs and a ball - snazzy golf trousers are not mandatory!

The World Short Hole Golf Pairs Championship is a non-profit organisation which organises the annual event at Edinburgh's Bruntsfield Links for the benefit of PTSD UK, St Catharine's Homeless Project and Euan's Guide.

Get together with friends or go for a Corporate Team Entry - a new option for this which allows local businesses to enter a team and receive recognition on the Championship website for the year ahead.
