EK Dementia Carers Group East Kilbride's ONLY voluntary sector dementia day-care provider. www.dementiacarers.co.uk/donate In total, an estimated 900,000 people in the UK have dementia.

Our Group has to raise over £50,000 each year simply to continue providing a service to people with dementia and their carers. We do not pay fundraisers or directors and our admin is carried out by volunteers. This means that every penny received goes directly into providing care. Formed in 1990, The EK Dementia Carers Group is the only voluntary sector daycare provider for people with dementia in

East Kilbride

We aim to:
Support people with dementia
Support Carers of people with dementia
Promote awareness
Provide personalised, quality care. It is estimated that there are 90,000 people in Scotland with dementia, and that the figure will DOUBLE in one generation! There will be over 1.6 million people with dementia in the UK by 2040. We are the only charity in East Kilbride providing this kind of service! Please help us - make a difference.
