Child Poverty Week 💚

This week we joined our partners at The Halliday Foundation’s Family & Wellbeing Event during Child Poverty Week.

Great to come together with local organisations and our community to support children, young people and families across Glasgow. 🤝

As part of Challenge Poverty Week, we are raising the awareness of child poverty, the impact it has on our young people , and what we can all do to help make a difference.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances. By creating safe spaces, providing access to opportunities and supporting our communities, we can help break down barriers and build brighter futures for the next generation.💚

Together, we can challenge poverty, creat opportunities and help every young person reach their full potential.

This Black History Month, we’re proud to celebrate the diversity within the AMS community.

We work with young people, families, staff and volunteers from many different cultures and nationalities, and we’re proud to create a space where everyone feels welcome, valued and represented.
