Delighted to announce the Alex Lindsay Cup 2025, our 7th consecutive anual tournament. We are looking for 16 teams to enter this years Alex Lindsay Cup. A competitive 7–aside football tournament. 4 groups of 4 will compete head to head and teams who finish 1st & 2nd in their group will progress to quarterfinals, semifinals and the final. Each team can have up to 10 players. £100 entry per team and all funds raised going to Adored - SCIO ❤️

⚽️ Group matches will last 15mins, a win will earn teams 3 points, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss. Goal difference will be taken into consideration.

⚽️ Knock out rounds will be played for 20mins (2 x 10min halves), if scores are tied after 20mins the game will be decided by penalties!

🏆 A trophy presentation will be held shortly after the final. Runners up will receive medals and the winners will be presented with medals and the “Alex Lindsay Cup” 🥇🥈

🥳 After the football our function will begin at the EKYM Club House, where you will be able to enjoy food & drink, live music and our raffle with lots of exciting prizes. Any raffle prizes are greatly appreciated! 🎤🎶 🎁

adored_scio Delighted to report that Adored along with No Limits Coaching has extended their mental health programme to St Andrews StBrides and Duncanrig Secondary schools as well as delivering their second programme in Calderglen High school.
The pupils engaged enthusiastically in meditation, sharing stories, cold water immersion and an outdoors experience. Early indications are that this programme will continue within the learning community with plans to extend beyond in the new year.

Thanks go to the staff at the schools for their positive engagement and enthusiasm and to Soul Suites EK for welcoming the pupils to their health and wellbeing premises.
