Almost 200 families, including Bloody Sunday families, have issued the below letter to the British Secretary of State through Relatives for Justice and the Pat Finucane Centre.

All of the families have been bereaved by the British Army and the RUC.

Bloody Sunday Trust to challenge Ireland’s institutional failure and corporate complicity in the Gaza Genocide. On Saturday 28 November 2026, to mark the International Day of Solidarity for Palestine, the Bloody Sunday Trust will host a major conference looking at Ireland’s complicity in the ongoing genocide in Palestine. Chaired by author Fintan Drury, and with a panel of experts and activists, the conference will examine the complicity of Ireland’s government, key institutions and corporations in the genocide, and the repercussions they could face when this is eventually examined in an international court. The event will take place in Destined, 1 Foyle Road, from 1pm to 4pm on the 28th November.

Representatives from key campaign groups will present papers at the conference.
These
include Micheál Madden, from Madden & Finucane Solicitors, Nollaig Ní Bhrollaigh from
the Drop Allianz Campaign and Padaí de Cléir from Cairde Palestine. Other representatives to be
announced.

The mum of a young girl killed in the Creeslough tragedy says they are no closer to finding out what happened than they were hours after the explosion.

Ten people lost their lives on October 7, 2022 following a horrific incident at the Applegreen Service Station.

Speaking on the eve of the fourth anniversary, Donna Harper, who lost her then 14-year-old daughter Leona in the tragedy, said: "Our lives have literally been on hold for the past four years and we still haver no answers.”
