The first session next Thursday, 27th August (11am - 1pm at our Limavady Road office), is a chance for you to have your say, tell us what you'd like to learn more about and which local charities you'd like to hear from over the course of the programme.

Our Community care service is expanding, we offer flexible opportunities for supporting people in their own homes - contact us now for more information.

Our Community Support Service is on the look out for Personal Assistants. These are self employed roles, coordinated by our team at The Churches Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible hours, no minimum requirements and we can work around your other commitments.

Did you know that The Churches Trust provides food support in the Waterside area? We can provide emergency food parcels or support individuals, identified by referral partners, with food poverty through our Social Supermarket.

Can you help us provide this support through donations or offering some of your time to volunteer?

We are currently running low on stock of:
✨Cereals
✨Tinned meat & fish
✨Long life milk
✨Healthy snacks for children
✨Condiments (salt, pepper, sauces)

We are also on the look out for some volunteers to help ensure the programme can run. If you can spare a few hours on a Tuesday afternoon, please contact Margaret. (Access to a vehicle would be an advantage)

💫♾️🤝Synergy Summer Camp 2026🤝♾️💫

💬 We’re excited to let you know about Synergy Camp, a TBUC summer programme for young people aged 14–17 taking place in Derry/Londonderry and we’d love if you could share this opportunity with anyone who may be interested!

🏕️ Synergy Camp is a fun and engaging youth programme that focuses on building positive community relations, long-lasting friendships, and of course, plenty of summer fun.

🤩The Camp will play host to weekly sessions that explore topics like good-relations, and peacebuilding. There will plently of games, trips, activities, and a residential.

An information session will take place tomorrow Wednesday the 8th of July, from 6pm to 8pm.

Weekly group sessions will then begin on Wednesday the 15th July, running from 10am to 2pm.

The programme is proudly supported by the Northern Ireland Executive, Together: Building a United Community (T:BUC), T:BUC Camps Programme, the Department of Education, and the Education Authority (EA).
