We are delighted to be working with Ulster University to facilitate a Derry Art Walking Tour this Saturday, 14th February as part of their Creative Connections project 🌟

Starting from Ulster University at 10:30am, we will visit:

🌀Void Art Centre for a guided tour of ‘Barbara Steveni, I Find Myself’ @ 11am

🌀Guildhall Taphouse Studios for a nosey around the new visual art studio spaces @ 11:40am

🌀Nerve Centre for a venue tour @ 12:20pm

🌀CCA Derry~Londonderry for lunch (catered by the Sandwich Co.) and to see ‘IT’S NOT CLEAR FROM HERE’ @ 1pm

🌀Playhouse Derry for a venue tour @ 2pm

We had a great day out at the Siege Museum and Apprentice Boys Memorial Hall on Saturday. Thank you to Stuart and Darren for showing us around and taking us up to Walkers Plinth and the walls. We finished the trip off with a tasty lunch at the Sandwich Company. Thank you to everyone who attended. We will have more trips throughout the year. So keep an eye on the page for updates.

UPDATE: THIS TRIP IS NOW FULLY BOOKED

Our first 'Out and About' trip of 2026 is on Saturday 24th January, 10am to 2pm. We will be going to the Siege Museum on Society Street, where we will tour the museum, the Apprentice Boys Memorial Hall, Walkers Plinth and the City Walls. Followed by lunch at the Sandwich Company in the Diamond.

Our "Out and About" group of 49 people went on a bus trip yesterday. We visited Crumlin Road Gaol, the Belfast Christmas Markets, and stopped for dinner at The Elk restaurant on the way home. Thanks for coming everyone ☺️

A great gesture from Claudes Cafe, always helping out 😊

Remember !!!!!!! Monday 8th December from
4-6 pm Claudes Cafe on Shipquay Street in partnership Celtic FC providing FREE meals to anyone in our local community who wish to drop in and avail of this service. Our aim is to Roll this out for the next few months, so if we don't see you this Monday maybe we'll see you next week.

We had a great day out at the Armagh Planetarium on Saturday, where we watched a dome show, created cosmic art, dressed up as astronauts and explored the exhibits. We also had tasty Lunch at the Spice Lounge Armagh. Many thanks to everyone who came along. Keep an eye out for our next family trip in December.
