Markeaton PTFA promotes a fantastic relationship between the school and the local community and raises funds to provide extra facilities for the school. Our fundraising events are fun and social, running throughout the year - the highlight being the Summer Fair, which is a full-on family fun event not to be missed! Markeaton Primary School is a thriving, happy school, minutes from Derby City centre and Markeaton Park. Volunteers welcome!

Join us Saturday 28th June 1-4pm for a fantastic Summer Fair! Live band playing 90's favourites, bouncy castles, face painting, samosas, hotdogs, ice pops, games and stalls. Two free drinks from the bar for all adults. Please bring cash for stalls and games or cards for refreshments and donations. Help us raise funds for school and have some family friendly fun! 🌤️

Tickets cost £2 each.

Infant Disco: 4.45 - 5.45pm (FS2, Yr 1, Yr 2)

Junior Disco: 6 - 7pm (Yr 3 - 6)

Please note:

• All children must be accompanied by an adult, one adult to four children.

• Children will not be permitted to use mobile phones during the disco.

• Weather permitting, the discos will be held on the field, in case of rain they will be in the school hall.
