This is your daily reminder that there are 5 days to go until our fundraiser! 🎶🍰🧶

We are raising money to refurbish the kitchen of the West End Community Centre - so many groups use this centre every day of the week and would benefit from an updated kitchen. It would be amazing if you came to our event to sing with us, we will have plenty of cakes and refreshments as well as craft stalls for you to enjoy.

If you are not able to come but still want to donate, please find a link to our fundraising page in our bio on both Instagram and Facebook. And as usual, please message us if you have any questions!

7 days to go!! Our choir fundraiser is a week today 🎶!

Coincidentally (or not 😉), the 17th of October is World Singing Day! What better way to celebrate than to come along to our event and sing with us? 🎤 We would love for our friends and family to join us (we will be doing this sing-along style, no solos required!). While you're there, why not take a look at our talented crafters' stalls and enjoy some homemade baked goods?

You can find our flyer on our Instagram or pages for more information, and as usual a link to our fund raising page is in our bio 🎼🍰.

The event will run until 8pm - there will be plenty of singing, plenty of cake, plenty of craft stalls to peruse and a tombola! Drop in, sing with us, eat some cake and help us raise money to refurb the kitchen in the West End Community Centre 👩🏻‍🍳.

So many different groups use this centre every week and would benefit so much from an updated kitchen, so help us reach our goal! You can donate on the day and we also have a fundraising page in our bio.

A date for your calendars - it is almost time for our annual fundraiser!

On Saturday the 17th of October, we are hosting our community singing fundraiser event - "Chorus for a Cooker". We are raising money for the West End Community Centre kitchen refurb. This community centre is our home; us and so many other groups benefit from using the kitchen every week, but it now needs renovations. It seemed only fitting that we would use this cause as our fundraiser this year 🧑🏻‍🍳. Below are some details:

We will be hosting a singathon - we will be singing/performing from 11am-8pm! 🎙️Please come along and drop in at a point in the day that suits you and sing with us. We will sing some of our LV classics as well as some of our new tunes! As well as this, we will have a craft market, cake stands and tea and coffee for refreshments - plenty to keep you going! 🧁🍪☕ Any money raised will be going to the community centre kitchen refurb.

We also have a JustGiving page up if you would prefer to donate that way: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/localvocals-communitychoir . Paste this link into your internet browser or find it in our social media bios. Our aim is £1000, but any donations are so appreciated!

We will post more reminders closer to the time but please feel free to share this flyer far and wide, and get in touch if you have any questions! 😊
