Are you creative, enthusiastic and passionate about working with young people?
Rag & Bone Arts is looking for Assistant Youth Workers aged 18-25, to support our art and youth work programmes in Chippenham.
We're looking for people who:
✨ Have a Level 3 qualification in Art
✨ Enjoy working with children and young people
✨ Are reliable, friendly and keen to be part of a creative team
✨ Have an interest in youth work, community arts or creative education
The role:
📍 Freelance position (£13 per hour)
📍 Regular Wednesday evening sessions during term time (4pm–7pm)
📍 Additional ad hoc youth work shifts available
Previous youth work experience is welcome but not essential. We can provide support and guidance for those new to freelance work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in community arts, build your skills and help create inspiring opportunities for young people.
