We are delighted to share that our written evidence to the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee's inquiry into revitalising the High Street was accepted by the committee and published today.
It was based on Revitalising High Streets: 'The Missing Rural and Market Town
Dimension' and will now go forward to inform the discussions and decisions ensuring that the spotlight is also focused outside of the cityscape and onto the needs of our UK towns.

What a fabulous way to start the day! ☀️

With our MP, Sarah Gibson, being such a wonderful orator, it was no surprise to see so many Chippenham businesses, organisations and charities come together to hear her speak about ‘The Burnham Effect’ at the marvellous Wiltshire College & University Centre.

But what really made the morning special was the incredible warmth, enthusiasm and sense of community spirit in the room. A wonderful reminder of just how much we can achieve when we all come together with a shared passion for Chippenham and its future. ❤️

The morning also saw the launch of our exciting new ‘People’s Wall – Chippenham 2030 Challenge’, which we'll be rolling out here next week. Watch this space!

Great people, great conversations and plenty of positive energy for Chippenham's future!

Happy days! xx 😊

Great news!

We are pleased to be able to put in place this new cycle parking opposite the Reel cinema. The buildouts themselves were the result of a road safety campaign by residents of the Marshfield Road safety group. Cycle Chippenham were consulted at an early stage and though not a cycle scheme, our request to adjust the scheme slightly to add cycle hoops was incorporated. We've been trying to get cycle parking at the cinema for a long time. Thank you Our Wiltshire Chippenham Town Council for supporting cycling in Chippenham.

What do the public think? We love this landmark and hope to see it lit up in its glory.

We think it deserves proper lighting to really appreciate this part of our wonderful town.
