With key awareness campaigns approaching — Alcohol Awareness Week, International Overdose Awareness Day, and National Recovery Month — this is an important opportunity to raise awareness of where to turn for support.

As part of Derbyshire Recovery Partnership, we support the whole community: individuals experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol, their families, and frontline professionals.

World No To***co Day is a global campaign raising awareness of the harms caused by to***co use and encouraging people to take steps towards a smoke-free future.

Stopping smoking is one of the most positive changes someone can make for their health — and having the right support in place can make it feel more achievable.

Through our Stop Smoking Service - Community Recovery Project we support people to understand their smoking habits and identify opportunities for change.

Whether someone is ready to quit or just starting to think about it, support is available — and every step counts.

The STAND TO team are taking part in the Chesterfield 1940s Market today.
Pop by the market stand where our amazing volunteers will be ready to chat and share more about the support we offer to Derbyshire veterans.

Our STAND TO Veteran Community Hub on Steeplegate, Vicar Lane will also be open, and everyone is welcome to pop in and meet the team.

With 1940s vehicles to see and a warm welcome waiting both at the stand and in the Veteran Community Hub, it’s a great day to pop by, have a chat, and get involved.
