🌈 Coming up soon – Chesterfield PRIDE!

We’re proud to be part of PRIDE and are looking forward to celebrating with our local LGBTQ+ community on Saturday 13th June.

PRIDE is about being seen, being heard, and being yourself. It’s also a chance to have open, honest conversations. We know that people within LGBTQ+ communities can sometimes face additional challenges around alcohol and substance use - that’s why it’s so important for us to be there, offering support, information, and guidance.

💬 Everyone deserves support that feels inclusive, understanding, and free from judgement. Whatever your situation, we’re here to listen and help you explore your options.

If you’re coming along, pop over and say hello - we’d love to meet you 🌈

With key awareness campaigns approaching — Alcohol Awareness Week, International Overdose Awareness Day, and National Recovery Month — this is an important opportunity to raise awareness of where to turn for support.

As part of Derbyshire Recovery Partnership, we support the whole community: individuals experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol, their families, and frontline professionals.
Finding support should be simple and accessing it should be even easier. That’s why we offer a single point of contact: 01246 206514 — the same number to call, whatever support you need.

You’ll find our information display in The Pavements Shopping Centre, Chesterfield this week, and again later in the summer.

🚭 World No To***co Day – on Sunday 31 May 🚭
World No To***co Day is a global campaign raising awareness of the harms caused by to***co use and encouraging people to take steps towards a smoke-free future.

Stopping smoking is one of the most positive changes someone can make for their health — and having the right support in place can make it feel more achievable.

Through our Stop Smoking Service - Community Recovery Project we support people to understand their smoking habits and identify opportunities for change.

Whether someone is ready to quit or just starting to think about it, support is available — and every step counts.
