A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Longacres Bagshot Garden Centre for their incredibly generous donation of seeds for our Gardening Group project!

Your support means the world to us. These seeds will help us transform our garden at DI into a peaceful, calming sanctuary - a space designed for quiet reflection, reducing stress, and connecting with nature.

We can't wait to see these seeds sprout into fresh vegetables and vibrant flowers over the coming months as our new garden space comes to life.

Stay tuned for progress updates as we get growing!

We are incredibly grateful to our qualified Yoga & Sound Bath tutor into the space every week to guide our clients in the Yoga sessions.

These weekly sessions are so much more than just a programme. Providing access to holistic wellness opportunities like this is vital because it offers:

🌱 A Safe Space to Release: A dedicated hour to quiet the mind, let go of stress, and process emotions in a supportive environment.
🧠 Nervous System Regulation: The combination of gentle movement and soothing sound frequencies helps lower anxiety, improve sleep, and restore a sense of internal peace.
🤝 Connection & Community: Coming together for a shared healing experience reminds our clients that they are seen, supported, and never alone on their journey.

Investing in wellbeing isn't a luxury - it’s a foundational step toward healing and growth. Thank you to everyone who makes these sessions possible, and to our clients for showing up for themselves every week.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Berkshire Birds of Prey for visiting us last Wednesday!🦉

Despite the heat outside, everyone stayed cool and comfortable thanks to their air-conditioned transport vans and our chilled indoor space!

Hands-on animal encounters like this are so much more than just a fun morning for our clients. Interactive sensory experiences like holding and stroking the birds help:

🌿 Reduce stress & promote calm through gentle tactile interaction

💡 Spark curiosity & cognitive engagement as we learned fascinating facts about each species

😊 Boost mood & social connection, bringing endless smiles, laughter, and shared moments

A huge celebration of creativity and achievement in our Textile Sculpting programme! ✨

Our clients have been designing and creating their own stunning textured lanterns using fabric, showcasing not only their artistic skills but their imagination, patience, and determination. Each lantern is completely unique – a true reflection of their individuality and hard work.

From experimenting with textures to bringing their ideas to life, this group has created pieces that deserve to be seen and celebrated. We’re so proud of what they’ve accomplished!
