The Workshop Youth Employability Hub has been supporting Surrey Heath residents aged 18–24 since 2021 with careers, mental health, housing, and budgeting support and from April 2026/27, we’ll also support young people aged 16–18 actively registered with DWP programmes, giving earlier access to skills, guidance, and opportunities. 😀
We’re proud and delighted to have secured DWP funding for the fifth year and this year will see 140 young people benefiting with 75% improving their employability and 40% moving into work as well as a designated Youth Hub area on the ground floor of Surrey Heath House, offering a safe, welcoming space to get support 🥰
