Our community is stronger because of the brilliant partners who stand with us.
From craft sessions to agility classes, fish & chip lunches to the use of event spaces, your support brings connection, laughter and comfort to so many older people across Surrey Heath.

A huge thank you to SHBC, Login Lounge, Hullabaloo, Right at Home GF, Corrina Lodge, Camberley Heights, Places Leisure, and all the wonderful organisations who support Surrey Heath Age Concern in so many ways.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Events Co-ordinator to join the team at Surrey Heath Age Concern.

Do you love bringing people together? Are you bursting with ideas and brilliant at turning plans into memorable moments? From community activities and special celebrations to fundraising events, you’ll help us create experiences that make a real difference to local older people.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Creative and full of ideas
🎯 Super-organised and reliable
🤝 Friendly, confident and great with people
🎈 Happy to get stuck in and make things happen
💜 Passionate about supporting the local community

12 hours per week
£14.00 per hour

Our brilliant Events Co‑ordinator is moving on to her next adventure, which means we’re looking for a new creative spark to join our team.

If you love variety, thinking creatively and designing activities that genuinely brighten someone’s day, this role gives you the freedom to shape events that make a real difference for our older community in Surrey Heath.

The role offers flexible hours across the week, with Monday as a core working day so you can help us kick off each week with planning, connection and creativity.

No two weeks are the same, and you’ll have the space to create welcoming, joyful and meaningful experiences that help older residents feel connected, valued and supported.

We’re recruiting an Events Co‑ordinator
📌 Flexible 12 hours per week (including Mondays)
📌 £14 per hour
📌 Camberley & Surrey Heath
