Christmas Fayre Raffle Tickets & Non Uniform Donation Days
Dear Parents/Carers
Our Christmas Fayre is fast approaching: it is taking place at the school on Sunday 30th November from 12-3pm. If you are new to our school, it is always a huge success and an opportunity for all our families to make the most of our safe environment and interact with other students and families outside of the school day. It is also a great opportunity to start your Christmas shopping and get into the festive spirit! There will be stalls, refreshments, tombolas, a bouncy castle and a chance to visit Father Christmas! We hope that many of you can make it. Please also invite your friends and family!
You should have hopefully received 2 books of raffle tickets in your child’s bag on Friday. While you are under no obligation to purchase them, if you would like to buy them please return the filled in ticket stubs and correct money in the envelope provided before the date of the Fayre. Please also return any unwanted tickets before the Fayre so we can sell them on the day. If you would like additional tickets for friends or family please let the office know and additional tickets can be sent home.
We have some great raffle prizes already including our star prize - a Sony soundbar - but if you have any contacts who may donate raffle prizes please do let us know, as we are always keen to have as many prizes as possible!
We will also be holding two non-uniform donation days on Friday 21st and Friday 28th November in exchange for prizes for our popular tombola stalls. On both days please send in any of the following:
- Confectionery: sweets, chocolate or biscuits in boxes, bags or bars! Please ensure all donations are in date and do not contain nuts.
- Bottles: Wine, beer, prosecco, spirits, squash, soft drinks or body wash! Anything goes as long as it is in a bottle!
- General donations for the tombolas or raffle prizes: new or unused, good quality gifts, toys, cosmetics etc
Thank you in advance for your support! All monies raised from the Fayre go straight to school to provide extra resources and experiences for our children!
Finally, if you are planning on attending the Fayre and could spare 30 minutes to man one of the stalls we would really appreciate your help! Please let us know if you are able to help by emailing us at [email protected]
Kind regards
Claire, Nic, Debbie, Sonia, Rose, Louise & Caroline
