Connex Care and Support We provide one-to-one support and group activities to support disabled children and adults We now support Adults up to the age of 55 years.

Aspire Disability Support Services have been supporting children and young people with disabilities for more than 15 years. We support individuals with a variety of disabilities and additional needs from mild needs to severe/complex needs. This support can be in the home or even out in the community. Our service is a project run by the Voluntary and Community Services Peaks and Dales and our offic

e is based in Buxton, Derbyshire. We cover support in the High Peak, Derbyshire Dales and Chesterfield area primarily and we also have a service in Tameside. We can provide support in other areas depending on funding.

Music has become such a big part of our days at the centre, and it’s wonderful to see just how many smiles, sing-alongs and happy moments it brings to the people we support. 🎵😊

Some of our lovely clients attended the annual BBQ at Village View Farm last week, and judging by the photos, they had an absolutely brilliant time! ☀️💙

🐴🐶 Another Amazing Day at the Farm for Jack! 💙

Jack had another lovely afternoon at the farm last week and, as always, got stuck straight in! ☺️

He enjoyed walking the dogs, brushing and feeding the horses and even had a ride on the lovely Chance! 🐴🌟

It’s fantastic to see how much Jack enjoys his time at the farm and how confident he is getting with all the animals. 💙

🎨✨ Getting Creative at the Day Centre! ✨💎

Our Older Adults session got wonderfully creative last week with some fantastic drawing and jewellery making! 🖍️📿

There were lots of beautiful creations, plenty of concentration and, most importantly, lots of fun along the way! 💙

We absolutely love seeing everyone getting stuck into our creative activities — and we think the finished pieces look amazing! 🤩👏
