If you like chicken - today is your lucky day. We've got some southern fried style chicken mini fillets (raw) in the fridge, plus some plain cooked chicken pieces in the freezer.
We've got a big bag of loose wholewhat penne pasta, so if you would like some, it would be great if you could bring extra containers or bags please.
There's a couple of cartons of almond milk in the fridge, plus a carton of whole UHT milk.
Fruit and veg includes potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, pears, and broccoli that might be best suited for soup, or use the stalks in a salad or stir fry. We've mandarin oranges, avocados, wonky blueberries, fresh herbs, and a banana.🍌
We have bread, including a lot of wholewheat tortilla, plus well fired rolls and more.
We have a great selection of pastries and other snacks and sweet treats, including iced doughnuts, cherry scones, chocolate flavour waffles, twix crispy rolls, and a jar of biscoffi spread.
Our soup today from The Ferry Selkie is sweet potato and red pepper.
Open to all from 2-4pm this afternoon with bakes thanks to The Kitchen Table Broughty Ferry from around 3:15pm - please bring bags. πŸ₯°

Great advice.

Great advice.

Really sad news this Bank Holiday weekend, with four teenagers losing their lives in water incidents across the UK. πŸ’™

With the warm weather, lots of people will be enjoying Broughty Ferry beach and the waterfront this summer πŸŒŠβ˜€οΈ Please stay safe around the water. Cold water, strong currents, tides and hidden dangers can catch anyone out β€” even strong swimmers.

πŸ’™ Don’t swim alone
πŸ’™ Don’t jump into unknown water
πŸ’™ Float on your back if you get into trouble
πŸ’™ Call 999 and ask for Coastguard or Fire & Rescue in an emergency

And please don’t remove or damage liferings β€” they’re there to save lives and one day could help you, your pals or your family.

Look after each other and enjoy the summer safely πŸ™Œ

Everyone welcome from 2-4pm today at Ferry Fridge and please bring bags, including extra bags or containers as we've got lots of loose wholewheat penne pasta to share, along with loose tomatoes. πŸ…
We also have some great cauliflowers thanks to the hard working team at Transition Dundee, and a large variety of fresh fruit, salad and veg, plus a couple of boxes of eggs. See photos for more.
In the freezer there's plenty of sandwiches, a selection of breads including rye, stone-baked boules and batons, plus a few packs of back bacon. And we still have the last remaining bag of roast potatoes.
If you fancy something sweet, we've got pineapple cakes, twix crispy rolls, little pots of lemon curd and some cocoa flavoured kefir.
We have Spanish Cheese & Tomato pan de cristal, which are a bit like pizzas.
This week's soup thanks to The Ferry Selkie is Sweet Potato and Ginger. πŸ₯”πŸ«š
We'll be collecting surplus bakes from The Kitchen Table Broughty Ferry from around 3:15pm before closing at 4pm. We'll open again from just after 5:30pm to redistribute our Pret collection.
