📣 Have Your Say on Urgent Care Services
The NHS is reviewing urgent care services - including GP out-of-hours care, night nursing, and urgent treatment centres - and wants to hear from you.

If you’ve used these services, care for someone who has, or have experienced barriers to accessing care, your feedback is vital.
💬 This is a key opportunity to ensure the voices of people living with dementia, carers, and older people help shape future services.
🕒 The survey is anonymous and takes around 10 minutes to complete.
📅 Deadline: Sunday 21st June
👉 Take part here:
https://survey.ntropydata.co.uk/surveys/JG2026IUC2
📄 Printed/offline versions are also available.

Please share this post to help reach more people - every voice matters 💙
