If you haven’t tried Basingstoke parkrun yet why not give a go soon and enjoy the experience at Basingstoke Memorial Park on a Saturday morning .

Sean Merriman makes his debut as a report writer with this great report, which talks about belonging.

Tying in with World Mental Health Day, it talks about how being outside in a community has massive mental health benefits, as well as the events of Saturday’s parkrun.
