The Domino Effect CIC - Youth Alive is a structured mentoring programme for young people aged 12-25. We deliver programmes that produce measurable behavioural and mindset change.

It is designed for anyone seeking to grow in confidence, make better decisions, and develop a clearer sense of direction, particularly those navigating peer pressure, social media, uncertainty, or the weight of everyday decisions.

At the heart of our work is the Domino Method. This approach is built on a simple principle: small, consistent decisions create lasting change. One better choice leads to another, gradually shaping identity, character, confidence, resilience, purpose, leadership and community.

How it works

We meet every Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Aylesbury Multicultural Community Centre. A virtual option is available, and additional sessions can be arranged on other days when needed.

The space is open to:

Young people and students

Young adults

Parents

Mentors

Members of the wider community

Sessions are free to attend and open to all backgrounds.

There is no pressure to perform or to stay for the full hour. Even one conversation can begin a positive chain reaction.

The atmosphere is calm, respectful and grounded. We address the real issues young people face: peer pressure, social media, confidence, decision-making and purpose without judgement.
