🇹🇬 Please pray for Ian and Hélène, now in Atakpamé, Togo 🇹🇬

They will both be speaking at the Grace in Christ Church annual
conference over the next few days - Ian is preaching five sermons on 'Faith under Trial', and Hélène will give two sessions for the women on Hagar and Elijah.

Hélène returns home on Monday, while Ian will continue with ministry at the Tyrannus Bible Institute and in local churches.

🇨🇴 Colombia earthquake latest 🇨🇴

We are very thankful that Theo and Sonja are safe and well after the major earthquake that struck Colombia on Monday. The epicentre was about 160km from their home and the seminary in Medellín. There has been some damage to buildings in the city, but not, it seems, to Theo and Sonja's apartment.

The situation is much worse in other parts of the country and the official death toll is already over 200, with many more people missing.

Please pray for the country and the rescue effort. Pray also for Theo and Sonja and the community at the seminary, their church and the city. Theo's next class tomorrow will include some students joining online from badly-hit areas nearer to the epicentre.

🎥 Pastor Moses gives a tour of his shamba 🎥

During Paul Brunning's visit to Graham and Sally Jones in Kenya, we spent the day with Pastor Moses and his wife Pamela. Like many of the rural Kenyan pastors, Moses is a subsistence farmer who works his land to provide for his family as well as overseeing and serving his church as fully as he can.

Watch as Moses takes us round his shamba, giving us a flavour of the busy life of a hardworking rural pastor.

Former GBM missionary Les Beard was called home to glory on 4 July. Please join us in giving thanks for his life and service in Kenya - where he is still warmly remembered - and pray for his widow Ann and the family. Les and Ann served in and around Kisumu from 1999-2004 until they retired and returned to the UK.
