🔅 Due to the current weather conditions, we have made the decision to keep the Centre closed on Thursday 25 June and Friday 26 June. Unfortunately, the high temperatures mean we cannot safely welcome families and young children during these sessions.

The forecast looks cooler next week, and we look forward to seeing you back at the Centre for our usual sessions from Monday.

📣 Please note that Saturday Club will not be running from the Centre this week. Instead, our team will be at the Fun in the Park event with a stall. Be sure to stop by and say hello while you're enjoying the many free activities on offer!

☀️ Hot Weather Update ☀️
With the high temperatures forecast over the next few days, we wanted to let families know how we will be managing sessions at Carousel.

Our playrooms do NOT have air conditioning, and we will be closely monitoring indoor temperatures throughout the day to ensure that the environment remains safe for children, families, volunteers and staff.

At present, sessions are running as normal. However, if room temperatures rise above safe levels and cannot be kept below 26°C, we may need to cancel sessions at short notice. Any updates will be shared on our page as soon as possible.

Please note that due to the heat, our outdoor areas may not be available. The astroturf and sandpit can become too hot for children to use safely, so activities are likely to take place indoors.

Thank you for your understanding while we navigate the heatwave. The safety and wellbeing of everyone attending Carousel will always come first.

Need a gentle change of scene with your baby? ☕👶

Join us for Baby Group on Tuesdays – a relaxed, welcoming space for non-mobile babies and their grown-ups. Settle in with a warm cuppa, enjoy some easy conversation with other new parents, and watch your little one explore and play on our giant mat.

There's no agenda, no pressure, and no need to book – just a friendly atmosphere, supportive chats, and time to enjoy with your baby.
