Join Rima Mezal for Chair Workout Online: Stronger, Faster, Fitter. This is a five-week live course designed to help you build strength, improve balance, support heart health and feel more confident moving from home.
No gym, no commute, no complicated kit. Just chair-based movement you can do at your own pace.
Each 45-minute session is live and interactive, so Rima can guide you, adapt exercises where needed, and help you feel supported as you go. Exercise, but with company.
These sessions are live only, which means you get the benefit of showing up with others each week - with real-time guidance, encouragement and a reason to keep Monday mornings for yourself.
