Mindfulness doesn’t mean emptying your mind, nor is it about being perfectly calm.

It’s about having tools to come back to when life feels busy, noisy, or overwhelming.

This Wednesday, Lindsey Barrell launches her new monthly Mindfulness Toolkit series - a beginner-friendly space to try simple techniques and build a wellbeing toolkit that works for you.

June’s session focuses on breath awareness and mindfulness of breath: a gentle way to pause, reset, and notice what’s happening in your mind and body.
