Saturday mornings

‼️ 🚨 New class 🚨 ‼️

From Saturday 7th November I’ll be starting Clubbercise Low & Glow 🩷💛💚

These classes are fantastic for anyone who…

✅ is new or returning to exercise after a break
✅ wants a workout that doesn’t involve jumping around (a burpees and star jump free zone !)
✅ loves dance music from the 90s onwards 🎵 (and dance remixes from 70s/80s!)
✅ wants to go to a workout that feels like a night out - exercise in disguise🕺🥸

The classes will be held at Danestone community centre, Saturdays from 10.15 to 11am and will run for 4 weeks 🗓️

Single class £6
4 week block £22

I have glow sticks you can borrow or you can buy your own set for £5 a pair at the venue

Spaces are limited, don’t miss out!!!!

Copy paste link in comments to book and pay online 🥳 or let me know you’re coming (I’ll save you a space) and pay in class ###
