Choose kindness over gossip, wisdom over anger, encouragement over criticism, and healthy boundaries over silent resentment.

And remember: being a peacemaker doesn't mean keeping everyone happy. It means pursuing what is right, with love and courage.

💰 Can Christians ask for a raise? Absolutely!

Humility doesn't mean staying silent about your contributions. And contentment doesn't mean accepting unfair compensation.
You can pursue career growth, negotiate your salary, and advocate for yourself while reflecting Christ through honesty, respect, wisdom, and integrity. ✝️

Remember: Your salary reflects what your employer pays you, not what you're worth as a person.

Last year, around 30,000 people from more than 130 countries and territories joined in prayer. This year, we’re invited to come together again—wherever we are.

Because prayer knows no borders. 🌎

👀 How you talk about your boss when they’re not in the room says something about you too.

You don't have to agree with every decision or ignore genuine problems. But frustration doesn't have to become gossip, sarcasm, or disrespect.

Speak truth.
Address problems.
Set boundaries.
But do it with the same character you want others to show when your name comes up in a room you're not in. ✝️
