Food Bank Update!

As we transition to our new shopping model, we are introducing a temporary daily client capacity to help reduce wait times and ensure we can serve everyone as well as possible.

Our hours remain unchanged on Mondays and Wednesdays:
Morning: 9:00–11:00 a.m. (capacity for 25 clients)
Afternoon: 12:30–3:00 p.m. (capacity for 25 clients)

These capacity guidelines are temporary as we work toward introducing an appointment-based system. Stay tuned for more information!

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to make our Food Bank a better experience for everyone in our community.

As Hunger Action Month comes to a close, so does our More Than Food: A Story of Hope & Community campaign. ❤️

Throughout September, we’ve had the privilege of sharing the stories of the people who make St. Andrew’s Community Food Bank so special — our clients, volunteers, donors, community partners and supporters.

To everyone who shared their story, donated, volunteered or supported us along the way: thank you. Together, we are building a stronger, more caring community.

More than food. More than a food bank. A community helping neighbours. 💚

For Alison, volunteering at St. Andrew’s has become a family tradition. ❤️

For more than four years, she has been giving her time to help behind the scenes — and during school breaks, her sons Mason and Jake are right there beside her.

Together, they’re showing us that giving back can start young, bring families together, and make a real difference in our community.
