This is an intensive, year-long leadership development program for women members from designated equity groups, designed within an inclusive and anti-racist/anti-oppressive framework. Participants will be expected to put their learning into practice throughout the year.

Selection criteria
To be considered, applicants must self-identify as a woman from one or more of ETFO’s designated groups and commit to:
* attending all six days of programming in Toronto
* working towards increasing leadership involvement in ETFO locally and/or provincially
* exploring issues of identity, inclusion, and leadership within an equity framework
completing the assigned homework
As space is limited, consideration will also be given to:
member representation from bargaining unit and geographic representation from across the province and previous involvement with the Federation at the local and/or provincial level.
