The Canadian Traditional Scouting Association provides youth with opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and enjoy the outdoors through traditional Scouting activities.
Throughout the year, youth will have opportunities to participate in activities such as camping, hiking, outdoor skills, games, crafts, community involvement, teamwork, leadership development, badge work, and special events.
Our program encourages youth to learn by doing while developing independence, responsibility, respect for others, and an appreciation for nature and their community.
We welcome families who are new to Scouting as well as returning members. No previous Scouting experience is required.
Once registration is completed, families will receive additional information regarding meeting dates and times, program sections, uniforms, upcoming activities, and special events.
Dedicated volunteers make our Scouting programs possible and enjoy helping youth learn new skills, make friendships, and create lasting memories. No outdoor experience is required.
We look forward to welcoming your family to the Canadian Traditional Scouting Association – Grand River Groups and to another exciting year of adventure, learning, friendship, and traditional Scouting.
Yours in Traditional Scouting,
Canadian Traditional Scouting Association
