💗 Run Day may be over, but our mission continues all month long. 💗

What an incredible Run Day! But as we pack away the signs and celebrate what we have accomplished together, let’s remember that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Throughout October, we continue to raise awareness, honour those we’ve lost, celebrate survivors, stand beside those currently facing breast cancer, and support the research and programs helping create a future without breast cancer. 🎀

The finish line was never the end. Every conversation, every shared story, every act of support and every dollar raised keeps the momentum going.

Let’s keep October PINK and keep showing up for one another. 🩷🎀

🎀 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY, THANK YOU WATERLOO REGION FOR ANOTHER RECORD BREAKING YEAR!! 🎀

Together, we raised an amazing $399,923 for the Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure! 💗

Nearly $400,000 — made possible by every fundraiser who asked for a donation, shared their story, rallied their friends and family, formed a team, and showed up with determination and heart.

To every single fundraiser and donor: THANK YOU. Whether you raised $2, $20, $200, $2,000 or more, every contribution helped bring us to this incredible total. Your hard work will help fund life-saving breast cancer research, compassionate support services and a future where fewer families have to hear the words “you have breast cancer.”

Today was about more than a number. It was about survivors, those living with breast cancer, the people we’ve lost, and everyone who loves and supports them. 💕

💗 The end of the Run is just the beginning.

In 1992, From 1,500 participants in Toronto’s High Park to a powerful movement across Canada, the CCS CIBC Run for the Cure represents decades of determination, progress and hope. 🎀

Together, we’ve seen incredible milestones in breast cancer research, early detection and treatment — including a five-year survival rate that has reached 90% in 2026.

Today, we Ran for those we’ve lost.
We Ran for those currently facing breast cancer.
We Ran for survivors.
And we will continue to Run for a future where no one has to fear a breast cancer diagnosis. 💕
