Thank you to our amazing community donors and hard working volunteers that came to Donation Day Saturday October 17. Our closets are full again! And our clients hearts are equally full. 💗
Today we did a rare Sunday shop. Our client was very overwhelmed and shared “how dignified” she truly felt shopping at Anneys Closet.

At Anneys we always try to support local and Canadian. While most of our items are donated and upcycled we do purchase new items for our New Beginnings Baskets that we fill with household cleaners, paper products and personal care items. We get these at Shoppers Drug Market on bonus points days. In return we leverage the PC Optimum points to get items we may be short on. Today we were able to get 3 comforters and 7 sheets sets at the Great Canadian Superstore in bonus points redemption day for $11!

Your gently-used KITCHENWARE, BEDDING, LINENS, HOUSEWARES, and HOME DECOR are repurposed to Anney's Closet clients. Your donations change lives!

🏠Anney’s Closet supports individuals, predominantly women, leaving homelessness, domestic violence, foster care, or displacement to establish stable, comfortable homes & apartments and move forward with confidence and dignity.

📅Saturday, Oct 17th is Donation Day! From 9:30 - 11:30 A.M. at our warehouse located at Westshore ULock, 1621 Island Highway, Victoria. **Pull up to the gate, press the intercom, tell them you have an Anney's Closet donation, and pull up to the loading bay. Our volunteers will help you unload**.

🏠ABOUT: Anney’s Closet provides people in transition with free access to essential household goods and furnishings. Once a shopping date has been set, clients enter the 'free store' and shop for items they need to furnish their home - everything for their kitchen, bath, bedroom, and living space.
