Soup’s On! 2026, and The Very Early Christmas Market, on Oct 3rd, were a huge success!!
4 chefs served over 230 guests, with 12 soup choices and hundreds of litres of soup! Whew! Our chefs donated their time and talent and we are eternally grateful.
25 artisan vendors participated in the Christmas Market, and displayed a wide variety of products - to the delight of the shoppers.
Our busiest Soup’s On! event to date. We could not have accomplished this without the fortitude of our amazing volunteers. Thank you so much!!
Karen Grandmaison, Just Ducky Pottery, made 50+ gorgeous pottery bowls for our Soup Supporter ticket holders. They were stunning!
And a special thank you to Peninsula Co-op for your sponsorship - we loved our snazzy volunteer t-shirts! And to Capital Regional District CRD ReThink Waste for the grant. We accomplished a near zero-waste event!! We rescued hundreds of lbs of food from growers & grocers through our partnership with The Mustard Seed Street Church Food Share Network.
Paola and Eryn from Starbucks Royal Bay donated and served coffee to our guests. Thank you!
