Y Mind Group — Mental Wellness Support for Young Adults

A supportive group for young adults aged 18–30 to build self-awareness, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop practical coping skills for stress and anxiety.

Today is the United Nations International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples. A day to recognize the rights, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples worldwide, and to reflect on the ongoing barriers many communities face in areas like health, education, and self-determination.

Pacific Centre Family Services Association respectfully acknowledges and gives thanks to the lək̓ʷəŋən Peoples, known today as the Songhees Nation and Xwsepsum (Esquimalt) Nation, on whose unceded territories we live and work. We honour their relationship with these territories and their stewardship of the land and waterways since time immemorial.
