NEED2's Online Peer Support Group for Adults Bereaved by Su***de Loss is runs twice a month online over zoom and is open to anyone 19 years and older residing in British Columbia.

Congratulations to Manuel who successfully completed the 250km Pacific Marine Circle Route. But that's not the only achievement he has to celebrate.

With your support Manuel surpassed his $2000 fundraising goal for to raise awareness for mental health and su***de prevention.

And he's off! Today Manuel began his incredible 250km journey around the Pacific Marine Circle Route to raise awareness for mental health and su***de prevention.

He, and the friends, family and community members joining him on the trail, are going to be putting in the hard work for the next 5 days, so let's show them our support!

Together we can get Manuel to his fundraising goal by the time he finishes his trek on October 21. The race to $2000 is on!

People with lived experience when it comes to mental illness, mental health struggle and navigating support resources can have an impactful influence and provide meaningful insight to how we can improve these systems of care. But we need to give these individuals spaces to be heard and uplift their voices.
This World Mental Health day let's empower those with lived experience to bring mental health out of silence and create space for voices to be heard.
