June 21, 2026, is the 30th anniversary of National Indigenous Peoples Day, a day for all Canadians to reflect on and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures, and outstanding contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We acknowledge that the LGMA office stands on the lands of the lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) Peoples, also known as the Xʷsepsəm (Kosapsum) and Songhees Nations, whose relationships with the land continue to this day. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work and learn on this land. https://ow.ly/vaLu50Z88TX
