The Great Bear Rainforest stretches along British Columbia’s coast, covering more than 6 million hectares of temperate rainforest.

It’s home to ancient forests, salmon-rich rivers, humpback whales, grizzlies and the rare Kermode, or “spirit,” bear. These forests also store carbon, support Indigenous communities and provide critical habitat for wildlife. It's worth protecting!

Old growth forests are more than trees. They are ancient ecosystems, carbon stores, and homes for species found nowhere else.

Once they’re gone, we can’t simply grow them back.

Protect what can’t be replaced. 🌲
