A huge thank you to BC Place and PavCo for inviting members of our GWCPC team out to the stadium! 🏟️🙌

Through the BC Place Community Benefit Program, our team had an incredible time connecting, smiling, and enjoying a world-class experience in our own suite that was donated!. We are incredibly grateful for PavCo’s ongoing commitment to supporting local community groups and helping us create lasting memories.

👶💛 Make Brighter Beginnings Possible for Local Families!

The GWCPC is happy to be a clothing drop-off location for BabyGoRound, a registered charity that has been helping families across Greater Vancouver since 2012.

We’re collecting gently used clothing for infants and toddlers up to 2 years of age. These donations help families access essential items they need to safely care for their little ones. 🧸🍼

📍 Drop-off location:
GWCPC
1977 Commercial Drive, Vancouver

📚✏️ Back to school and ready to learn, a true team effort!

For the second year in a row, our team at the GWCPC has funded and purchased essential school supplies for local students. This year, the initiative got a wonderful boost thanks to our incredible community! 🎒✨

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who dropped donations into our boxes at recent events. Your contributions paired perfectly with our outreach funds to purchase notebooks, pens, and classroom essentials for kids heading back to class.

We were thrilled to connect with Maddie, the Community Schools Coordinator for the Vancouver School Board, to ensure these supplies get right into the hands of students who need them most.

Thank you for partnering with us to support the next generation! 🏫💙

On Monday, the GWCPC team was at McSpadden Park marking National Pet Memorial Day! 🌈🐾 Thank you to our Commercial Drive neighbours who stopped by to write on our pet memory board and share beautiful stories of past companions. (And a shout out to the pups who came by for treats! 🐶🦴)

Our community's bond with their pets is truly special. If you missed us, feel free to share your pet's name or a favorite memory in the replies below! 👇❤️ Or come by our office on 1977 Commercial Drive if you would like to add our community memory board!

On October 24th, we will have out second annual Pet Parade in McSpadden Park at 10:30AM. Bring your pets dressed up in Halloween costumes and join us in the park!
