Starting solids can feel exciting—and a little overwhelming.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
-when to begin solids
-how to introduce allergens safely, and
-what textures to offer first
-readiness signs
-how to reduce allergy risk
-how to set up positive feeding habits right from the start
