This program is for anyone who identifies as a leader or feels called to lead, and wants their leadership to feel more aligned with their values and how they show up.

This year, we saw something powerful: organizations across North America are waking up to the disproportionate challenges women face through fertility, maternity, motherhood and peri/menopause, and they’re choosing to act.

Because of that shift, Maturn’s impact has never been greater.

Last week, 200 business leaders gathered in Vancouver for Building Menopause-Inclusive Workplaces, presented by TELUS Health .

The energy in the room was powerful; leaders leaning in, listening deeply, and recognizing that supporting women through menopause isn’t just a health issue. It’s a leadership opportunity.

Together, we explored what it means to build truly inclusive workplaces: spaces where women can lead and grow through every life stage. From fertility and maternity leave to motherhood and menopause.

We’re deeply grateful to our brilliant panelists, Dr. Lori Brotto , Dr. Maryam Zeineddin , and Suzanne Trusdale , for sharing their expertise and vulnerability, and to every attendee who showed up ready to learn, reflect, and lead differently.

This event marked a meaningful milestone for Maturn, as it has been four years since we set out to change how workplaces support women through key transitions. Seeing this conversation come alive in such an impactful way was both inspiring and affirming.
