Company of Young Professionals The Company of Young Professionals (CYP) is the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's professional development program for people under the age of 35.

The Company of Young Professionals is a leadership program that engages young professionals under the age of 35. Launched in 2007, CYP is a vibrant network for emerging leaders to acquire the skills to advance their career. Based on the pillars of leadership, networking, innovation, and volunteerism, participants are given access and opportunity to accelerate their leadership.
