Meet Hope — a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Ripple who works with children and teens, in-person and virtually.

She supports young clients in exploring emotions, understanding ADHD, processing trauma, and navigating relationship stressors. Her approach is compassionate, holistic, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are.

At Ripple, we meet every child exactly where they are — no judgment, just support that fits their world.

And if you're wondering what Hope is like in and outside of sessions… she's usually finding new ways to make big feelings feel a little smaller, cheering on the kids and families she works with, or reminding every young person that their feelings are valid 💙💚

Meet Shaun — a Registered Psychotherapist at Ripple who works with teens and adults, virtually.

He has a particular passion for supporting creatives, performers, and athletes through trauma processing, relationships, and career and life challenges. His approach is compassionate, individualized, and shaped around each person's unique experience.

At Ripple, healing doesn't follow a script. It's about finding a therapist who truly gets you, doing the deeper work at your own pace, and walking away with tools that actually stick.

And if you're wondering what Shaun is like outside the therapy room… he's usually setting a new goal, watching someone else crush theirs, or soaking up a great performance — turns out his love for drive and dedication doesn't clock out after hours 💙⚡

What a weekend at Polish Fest! 💙🌊 We set up outside our soon-to-be new home and spent the day meeting our neighbours, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better welcome. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hi, spin the wheel, grab a colouring page, and add a raindrop to our "What helps you ride life's waves?"

Small ripples matter. Thanks for making this one so special! ✨

The top right shows a white dog water bowl with colourful letters spelling "RIPPLE" beside a grey planter. The middle right shows the booth table with a blue tablecloth, a goose statue in a yellow hard hat and orange tool belt, a rainbow prize wheel, baskets, plants, and hand-painted signs reading "Our couches are really comfy" and "Come say hi! We're good listeners." The bottom left shows a poster covered in blue and green paper raindrops that asks "What helps you ride life's waves?", The bottom right shows two people from behind in mint-green shirts reading "Connection Over Correction" and "Co-Regulation Crew," holding the couches sign and looking at the "coming soon" window.

If you were at the festival, you already know what's happening tonight! 😉💙 The first session of the Ripple Parenting Series kicks off, and if you stopped by our booth, you saw the flyer (and met Millie and Dallas, of course 🪿). It's a free, virtual workshop for parents and caregivers, led by Ripple therapists Christina and Ashlee, with practical tools, real conversation, and zero judgement. We'll be exploring what's beneath the behaviour, because understanding the "why" can change everything. 🌊

Didn't make it to the festival? No worries, you're still invited! Head to the link in our bio to save your spot. Can't make tonight? More sessions are coming on Nov 24, Jan 26, and Mar 23. Small ripples matter. ✨

QR code. In front are a stack of Ripple Effect business cards, a pile of the parenting series flyers, a mint cup of pastel markers filled with tiny colorful beads, and a corner of a "Family Rocketship" mini-workbook.

Millie was hard at work at 🪿🔧 She showed up in her tool belt, ready to build some kindness and say hi to everyone who stopped by the booth. Thank you to all the families who grabbed a coloring page, picked out a lollipop, spun our wheel and chatted with us.

Next to it, a hand-painted sign with paw prints reads "tell your DOG I said hi." A box of Milk-Bone treats sits behind a basket of blue-ribboned bags holding coloring pages that read "Come say hi! Join Dallas & Millie at Ripple." A brown basket of lollipops, a trailing green-and-white plant, and a stack of children's books fill the foreground.

Meet Kelly — a Counsellor at Ripple who works with parents, virtually.

She supports parents navigating life's challenges, building resilience, creating meaningful connections, and recognizing the strengths they already have. Her approach is warm and strengths-based, shaped by over 20 years of learning alongside children, youth, families, and emerging practitioners.

At Ripple, we know there's no single right way to heal. What matters is being met exactly as you are, having room to explore what's really going on underneath, and building support that actually fits your life.

And if you're wondering what Kelly is like in and outside of sessions… she's usually passing on decades of wisdom to the next generation of practitioners, cheering on the families she's worked with, finding strength in the everyday, or reminding every parent that they're doing better than they think 💚💙

Or know someone who might connect with Kelly's approach? Send this post their way 🩵💙
