Mission Statement:

To provide settlement and adaptation services to newcomers and help them integrate and participate successfully in Canadian society. To promote mutual understanding, tolerance and racial harmony among ethno-cultural communities. To work for the promotion and preservation of the Vietnamese heritage and culture, and for the enrichment of multiculturalism in Canada. Objectives:

To provide education, counselling and other support services, including language instruction, scholarships, employment training, job search programs, translation service and information programs on Canadian culture and life. To establish, maintain and operate an employment training center. This includes providing assistance in job search, resume writing and interview preparation. To provide workshop and seminars on health, social and economic issues that affect the community. These issues include but are not limited to access to government income assistance programs, women's health, domestic abuse and gambling addiction.
