In 2025, 1275 L'avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, managed by BGO, won a prestigious BOMA Québec Building Energy Challenge Award!

Although the is less than 10 years old, the team identified new opportunities to improve performance through initiatives resulting in a 26% reduction of the building's energy intensity and a 45% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions between 2024 and 2023.

Their impressive achievement is a strong reminder that impactful leadership at any stage of a building’s lifecycle can deliver big results.
