Over 1,000 boxes of macaroni and cheese - and so much heart behind every single box. 💙

In honour of their son’s Bar Mitzvah, one incredible family came together to collect more than 1,000 boxes of mac & cheese for our food bank! And the best part? The kids got right in there to help sort, count, and organize all the donations. 🧀📦

It’s Tikkun Olam in action—teaching our children that a Bar Mitzvah is not only a celebration, but also an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

What a beautiful way to celebrate this meaningful milestone: 1,000+ boxes of food, countless helping hands, and a whole lot of kindness 💙

To our wonderful community, we need your HELP 📣⬇️

We are in great need of volunteers for our weekly Friday morning shifts - the shift includes unloading the food from the delivery trucks, unpacking the food and sorting/counting the food. We are so grateful to our loyal weekly volunteers but they could use an extra hand 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 It is only a week by week commitment and kids are always welcome 🤗 Please DM us if you have any questions and click the link in our bio to sign up! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️

Food banks are important because…🙏🏻❤️🙌🏻

Thanks so much to the grade 6 students from for coming to volunteer today and for making some beautiful posters. They were given the prompt, “what makes food banks important,” and were asked to create posters with bold words and images. What happened after was pure magic ✨💖
